Make It: Gift Wrapped Flowers

Make It: Gift Wrapped Flowers

Flowers make a wonderful gift, no matter the time of year. But as a gift for the special ladies in our lives on Mother’s Day, we thought it would be especially nice to spruce up the delivery. We love this simple DIY found on Kendra’s blog, piece of cake/peace of mind.

So with some fresh, peachy blooms from Oak & Lily, gold and white twine from Knot and Bow, and our peach berries wrap on hand, we tried it out. Definitely fitting for Mother’s Day, wouldn’t you agree? – Julie

Mother's Day DIY - Kate & Birdie

What You’ll Need
– Flowers
– Kraft paper
Printed wrapping paper
– Twine
– A kraft gift tag
– Washi tape

1. Roll the flowers in kraft and wrapping paper. (We layered the two for a nice kraft border!)
2. Once you get the wrap rolled the way you like, tape it closed with washi tape of your choice.
3. Tie twine around the roll with gift tag, and maybe a sweet note, attached.
